Janice was raised in Anchorage & Eagle River, Alaska. Where she met and married her high school sweetheart Brian Ratliff. They have 2 boys, Mark 24 & Brandon 20. They moved to Tahlequah 12 years ago to raise their boys in a home town atmosphere, be closer to grandparents and pursue their all time favorite hobby Drag Racing. The whole family participated in drag racing on the NHRA Division 4 Circuit for 9 years and now attends several races a year in tri state area.

Janice has been employed with Northeastern State University. She has worked in the Business Affairs Office as an Accounts Payable & Travel clerk, Technical Support Assistant, Imaging Manager and since October 2006 she has been the Coordinator of ID and Imaging Services. She enjoys her opportunity to interact with all the students and faculty/staff.

Janice received her real estate license in June 2006. During that time she has come to love helping clients find homes and/or relocate to a different home. She looks forward to assisting more clients in the future.
