Justin was born and raised in the Cherokee County area. He is a Tahlequah high school graduate and received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Northeastern State University, where he majored in Entrepreneurship. Justin created JMB Construction LLC in 2004 where he specialized in residential construction and remodels. Justin in his spare time enjoys outdoors activities and being with family and friends.
